With our strategy to be everywhere our guests want us to be, we have recently expanded our industry leading global brand portfolio with new additions offering meaningful growth potential. 
• Series by Marriott: Marriott’s new regional brand for the midscale and upscale segments launched with a founding deal affiliating India’s Fern portfolio. 
• citizenM: Marriott recently completed the acquisition of lifestyle brand citizenM, a unique and innovative offering in the select-service segment. This transaction is expected to accelerate Marriott’s global expansion of its select-service and lifestyle lodging offerings. 
• Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy: Last year Marriott announced a long-term licensing agreement with Sonder Holdings Inc. Sonder’s portfolio primarily consists of apartment-style accommodations in urban markets, and the agreement added over 9,000 rooms and approximately 1,700 pipeline rooms by year-end 2024.  
• Postcard Cabins & Trailborn: Marriott is expanding its outdoor-focused lodging with two founding deals – acquiring the Postcard Cabins brand and signing a long-term agreement with Trailborn – as we prepare to launch a new collection this year that offers guests more choice in nature-forward destinations. 
• StudioRes: Two years after Marriott revealed the concept, the first-ever StudioRes hotel opened in Fort Myers, Florida in June, marking the midscale extended stay brand’s official debut, with over 40 more anticipated to open by the end of 2027. 
• City Express: City Express by Marriott now has a presence in five countries, with an additional six markets and over 60 projects in the pipeline, and earlier this year City Express by Marriott Duluth (Georgia) opened in March marking a major milestone as the brand expanded into the US and Canada. 
• The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection: Evrima launched in October 2022, followed by Ilma last fall, and now Luminara – our third and newest superyacht – is continuing the legacy with bespoke voyages and expanded itineraries across the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, Asia Pacific, and inaugural sailings in French Polynesia and Hawaii. 
• Four Points Flex by Sheraton: Launched in 2023, Four Points Flex by Sheraton, is the Marriott’s fastest growing brand in Europe and has since grown its portfolio in EMEA to 25 operating hotels and over 2,700 rooms across Denmark, Türkiye, United Kingdom, Italy and Germany, with additional properties in other international regions.
